Clay brings over 20 years of construction experience to the BGN team, with an extensive background in multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, and residential construction projects across the State of Florida. His project experience includes numerous mid-rise and high-rise multifamily developments throughout Miami, St. Petersburg, Lakeland, Melbourne, and Panama City Beach. As a Superintendent, Clay oversees field operations, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, quality control, and day-to-day project execution to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. His diverse background across large-scale multifamily and commercial construction brings valuable leadership and field experience to every project.”
