Monty Oliva

Monty brings over eight years of construction experience to the BGN team, with involvement in over half a billion dollars’ worth of commercial, municipal, federal, and civil construction projects across the NW Florida region. As an Estimator, he works closely with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to develop detailed project estimates, qualify scopes of work, and support competitive bid submissions for a wide range of commercial and municipal projects. Prior to joining BGN, Monty spent several years working on major projects throughout the region, including a $100 million lodging facility at Tyndall Air Force Base. His background across estimating, project management, and field operations gives him a sharp edge when it comes to understanding construction projects from the ground up.
